They were so rude but we had to fight for our right as it was rightfully their responsibility to either provide an accommodation or collaborate and get us to our destination. They have very rude staffs and just few reasonable one. Their staff told us with kids to go look where to stay ourselves at our expenses there's nothing they can do. That statement alone was what made us challenge them because that was a ridiculous thing to say after keeping us for 12hrs and cancelling our flight
