2023 was a year of growth beyond words for our collective. It was a year of experimenting and creation, of doing what we never dared to do before, of getting it wrong and trying again but always enjoying the process. Not every day was an easy one, but each experience gave us an opportunity to learn, listen to other points of views, get to know each other better and grow together.

Y en el 2024 vamos por mucho más! We’re starting this year full of dreams and projects but beyond all, with an insurmountable will to create, connect, inspire, empower, to use our voices and our bodies as vehicles and tools for change.

Stick around to hear the news about our next, incredibly exciting performance which we’ll be sharing very, very soon! For now, save the date: Next Friday the 26th of January at 6:00 PM.

Recommended read of the day:
‘When the drummers were women: A spiritual history of rhythm’. By Layne Redmond.

“One of the most powerful aspects of drumming and the reason people have done it since the beginning of being human is that it changes people's consciousness. Through rhythmic repetition of ritual sounds, the body, the brain and the nervous system are energized and transformed. When a group of people play a rhythm for an extended period of time, their brain waves become entrained to the rhythm and they have a shared brain wave state. The longer the drumming goes on, the more powerful the entrainment becomes. It's really the oldest holy communion”.
