RIP our queen you have served us well
Pencil work of aviation art As a kid I always used to draw, there wasn’t much else to do in the 70’s and 80’s. He has encouraged me to try harder things to draw.
In 1986 I left school and went to college and trained as a sign writer and although I got my City & Guilds the traditional way of sign writing was basically obsolete, that’s where any form of art stopped. In 2010 my father became ill, I picked up a pencil to pass the hours away, I found it was the only thing I could concentrate on. My father passed away in early 2011 and again I basically stopped,

Back in 2019 I came across a particular photographer by the name John Dibbs, I was absolutely blown away by his photos, so I thought I’d contact him and ask if I could draw some of his photos with the promise I would NOT make prints of it and it was for my own personal use ,he said it was ok and this is the result ...completed in December 2019....this picture will be hanging in the national Veterans memorial/museum in Missouri USA with a few others that I’ll post at a later date
