‘A Night of Creative Networking, in Edinburgh!’ was held last week and, after a month of planning, it went amazingly well!
Thirty people from all different creative backgrounds, interests and experience all met up and networked with one another about their creative means, passions, future goals and more.
Event management, venue booking, promotional pieces, social media advertising, direct comms to attendees, ticket allocation and so much more - this was my first time hosting an event and lots of work went into it!
A massive, massive, thank you to everyone who attended, helped and supported this event. I set this up with the intention of creating a strong networking identity within Scotland that was accessible and supportive to all creatives regardless of their experience, financial background, disability, sexuality, gender and more. It was so lovely getting to meet and speak to everyone who attended. I’m so thankful & already planning the next steps and ideas.
