Yeoman Print Studio Printmaker Thank you for visiting my page! I'm Alex, an artist and printmaker taking inspiration from my favourite places, cities and landmarks.

I split my time between Yorkshire and London. When I'm in northern England, I'm exploring the historical cities, coast and beautiful countryside. When I'm in London, I'm living by the River Thames and taking inspiration from London's iconic architecture. I attended Newcastle University and studied printmaking, and my love creating prints is just as strong today. Each print starts life as a photogr

aph taken on my travels. I use a technique called Photopolymer etching to turn those images into a printing plate using UV light. The plate is then inked up and put through a traditional roller press - this gives the prints the gorgeous embossed texture.
