🎭 MEET OUR SUMMER WORKSHOP TUTORS 🎭 - Julie Bailey (Movement)
Julie trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama but prior to that, always had a strong interest in clowning. She subsequently went on to train with Philippe Gaulier in clowning and movement before setting up a theatre company that produced children’s shows for the likes of The National Theatre Platform. She continued to teach clowning and storytelling and then became a presenter for BBC2’s Storytime.
Julie taught Acting and Improvisation at The Sylvia Young School and Mountview Theatre School, and Pure and Expressive Movement at The Rose Bruford College.

🎭 MEET OUR SUMMER WORKSHOP TUTORS 🎭 - Ruth Arnold (Improvisation)
Ruth trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama but prior to that, at Questors Theatre and led one of their junior drama workshops. She was the Gold Medal recipient in her final year at Guildhall and went on to pursue a varied career in theatre, TV, film and radio. She’s worked mainly in theatre with a leaning towards comedy.
Ruth’s TV roles include Eastenders, Casualty and The Bill and she’s also produced her own one woman comedy musical as well as having danced in Gwyneth Paltrow’s film Emma. She has taught drama workshops at Mountview and various other schools, and has co-designed and delivered a variety of workshops for national and international businesses.

🎭 MEET OUR SUMMER WORKSHOP TUTORS 🎭 - Suzanne West (Voice)
Suzanne studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and worked for over 20 years as a professional actor as well as teaching on behalf of RADA and for her own company. She holds an MA in Contemporary Text specialising in directing and another MA in Voice Studies. As well as dialogue coaching in TV and film, and production support in theatre, she is currently the vocal performance tutor for the MA Lab and Director on the various Shakespeare courses at RADA including the collaboration with New York University.
Suzanne also teaches at various drama school, including the Vienna English Theatre Academy in Vienna, LSDA, and is the Head of Voice for the Rose Bruford foundation course.

🎭 MEET OUR TUTORS 🎭 - Caroline Fitzgerald
Caroline will be our singing tutor for our summer workshops. She trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has been working in theatre for over 30 years. Her time in theatre has ranged from her role in Blood Brothers in The West End, to Follies at The National.
Caroline has recorded numerous film soundtracks and performs regularly in concerts throughout the UK including the BBC Proms and Friday Night is Music Night. She has taught singing for many years and has run several award winning youth choirs.
