I had a wonderful day at the hanabi.festival yesterday! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat and purchase my creations; it truly means a lot to me. A huge thank you also goes to the hanabi.festival team for making the event enjoyable and successful.

I recently had the chance to visit Snap-on in Reading and teach their team mindfulness origami. Their office manager, Gemma is doing amazing work in promoting workplace wellbeing. Many of us get so caught up in work that we forget to take care of ourselves. We had a great conversation about prioritising self-care and mindfulness. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share mindfulness origami creation with others. Hopefully, I can reach more people in the future!
