I am extremely disappointed at Monopoly and the Junior Board. I booked 4 tickets back in November for my brothers family Xmas present to take place on the 13th April. He has since booked a non refundable hotel in London for this as he lives in Hull.
Yesterday I received a phone call to say they are refurbishing and are cancelling and refunding the ticket price. (also said I had received an email which I have not)
I have looked on the community on here and can see someone wanting to book for March but being advised they are only taking bookings for Feb. If they knew back then that it would be cancelled why have I only been told a week in advance.
The guy on the phone was nice, and trying to be helpful with planning something different but if I wanted them to do something else in London I would have booked that.
