Tonight at Jamboree, the fantastic Electric Jalaba (Morocco/UK) explore the entrancing overlap between traditional Moroccan gnawa and live dance music with a hypnotizing, electrifying and truly floor-filling sound.

Tonight at Jamboree, The Cable Street Rag Band treat us to their stunning repertoire of rags, blues, song-book foxtrots, swing, waltzes, beguines, tangos and polkas dated from the 1850s to 1940s.

From tonight (Wednesday's) night of folk roots with the acclaimed Gavin Fairhall Lever to Friday's epic Moroccan gnawa show with Simo Simolagnawi's Electric Jalaba; Saturday's horn-fuelled Gypsy folk punk hoedown with Tiger Moth (pictured) to Sunday's Sundanese gamelan and Ethiojazz showcase with Sekar Enggal featuring renowned vocalist Hendrawati and trumpet player Byron Wallen; our monthly Saturday afternoon klezmer jam to a Poetry Monday celebration of the 'ballads of the moon', we have a terrific few days ahead in our corner of King's Cross.
