Every time you say free Palestine, you’re resisting the psychological warfare designed to colonize your mind. 🇵🇸✊🏽

Every time you celebrate Palestinian culture, you’re normalising the reality of an existence that cannot and will not be erased. 🇵🇸🫶🏽

On Tuesday 6 October, we’re doing both, together. ✊🏽🫶🏽

“We Teach Life, Sir” is a community-created gathering of songs, poetry, stories and art, to celebrate Palestinian culture, three years into witnessing genocide.

Bring a poem, song, story, artwork or clip that’s moved you, by a Palestinian artist or your own, or come simply to witness.

Tuesday 6 October, 7pm UK, online. Free. Link in bio.

🇵🇸 Free Palestine, until Palestine is free.

Ps check out ‘From the clinic to the streets’ by the phenomenal 🙏🏽🫶🏽✊🏽🇵🇸

As the poet Rafeef Ziadah writes, “We Palestinians wake up every morning to teach the rest of the world life, Sir”

So many of us have been fighting for the liberation of Palestine. This gathering is a space for us to celebrate our Palestinian siblings as they are: poets, musicians, dancers, teachers, and a culture that has never stopped creating and living, even under siege.

I’d love for this community to co-create the gathering by bringing a poem, song, story, artwork or short clip, by a Palestinian artist or writer who’s moved you, or something you’ve made yourself in response to the Palestinian Liberation movement.

Please let me know if you’d like to share something so I can place you in the running order.

You’re also welcome to come and be in the presence of community without sharing art.

Free Palestine, until Palestine is free. 🍉

It takes courage and humility to name our shadows and the ways they block our light in service of collective liberation. What resonated? Where are you out of balance? Would love to hear your truth.

And if you’re looking for space to go within, join us next Tuesday for An Equinox Activation facilitated by the wonderful Naar.

It’s a space to meet that inner work directly with pranayama, a short kundalini kriya, and a blissful meditation, to access the stillness and clarity that steady us, especially when the world outside doesn’t.

Bring paper and pen, a cup of your favourite herbal infusion, and a blanket for comfort.

📆 Tuesday 22 September, 7pm UK

I hope you’ll join us 🫂

Sustainable and sacred activism is a way of living, that includes the practice of tending to our minds, our hearts, our bodies and our spirits, again and again, for as long as this world and our devotion asks of us.

This sound journey on Wednesday 9 September at 7pm UK time is one part of that practice.

The wonderful Maeve will guide us through a deeply restorative online sound journey. This is opportunity to receive, replenish, and remember that our vitality is one of the greatest resources we have for the work of collective liberation.

As another beautiful act of solidarity, all proceeds from the evening will support Ameera’s family in Gaza. ❤️

I hope you’ll join us.

“Imagination is a revolutionary skill” Walida Imarisha.

We’re rarely trained to imagine the world we are capable of co-creating. That’s the practice at the heart of Radical Imagination for Collective Liberation.

Just our gathering this Thursday 27 August at 7pm online for a guided meditation, and creative ritual to see and feel the world we are longing for ✊🏽🌍🎨

20/08/2026

If we can’t see, describe or feel what collective liberation looks like, how are we supposed to create it?

Let’s plant a seed of possibility in eachother by sharing your vision for a liberated world in the comments below ✨

And if you’re looking for a deeper journey into your radical imagination for collective liberation, join us online for a guided meditation and creative ritual on Thursday 27 August.
