You WON’T believe what just happened! 😳

And how much can a bank charge you for your LAST loan payment?!

I called HSBC today to make sure I’d finally cleared the debt from my COVID loan. I made what I thought was the final payment last month.

But apparently… I still owed 7p. 🤦‍♀️

And guess what?

They told me I need to pay 77p to clear that final 7p.

So that’s 84p in total.

I know… it’s only 84p. 😂

But seriously — 77p charge on 7p outstanding?!

That’s 1,000% MORE than the debt itself!

Would you call that fair?
