Brilliant news to come home to after work as the prosecution failed to secure a single conviction against any of those present at the Old Bailey Central Criminal Court today as part of the Filton25 second trial.

Today’s verdict is another victory for the movement against a genocidal entity determined to put Palestine activism on trial, treating resistance to Britain’s role in genocide as terrorism.

These defendants were not at the Filton site on the night of the action. They were each accused, on a joint enterprise basis, of assisting or encouraging the action at Elbit Systems’ Filton weapons factory, which led to the destruction of 40 Israeli weapons. Elbit Systems is Israel’s largest weapons firm, producing 85% of Israel’s military drone fleet, used to massacre Palestinians in Gaza.

This is another embarrassing defeat for an establishment that threw all its resources into convicting them.
