The LADS

The LADS Llanymynech Amateur Dramatics Society The LADS is a small, friendly and supportive group with a big personality and even bigger aspirations.

Since 1992 The LADS has brought live theatre to the area. We have also produced several large community plays recently, and performed at the Swan Theatre in Stratford as a part of the RSC Open Stages project. From humble beginnings, the Society has flourished and its reputation has grown. A large collection of medals and silverware from various festivals bears this out, but the primary aim of the

LADS was and always will be to provide reasonably-priced live entertainment to the highest possible standard.

Can anyone help our good friends at Pant Memorial Hall?

Don't ask, don't get...we need to update the hall mobile. We only use it for talk and text, although it would be nice to get back on whatsapp. Our donated iphone 5s is giving up the ghost with the removal of 3G, and can't be used for wifi calling etc.

before we go to the second hand phone shop - please, does anyone have an old phone kicking about that they would consider donating to the charity? Doesn't need to be state of the art, just 'still letting us do a few things'. iOs or Android, we speak both.

An absolutely idyllic final performance of Dream at Oteley Estate , on a perfect June day in the gorgeous gardens. We couldn't ask for a more lovely end to a fabulous show.

Huge congratulations to Elinor Williams on her first adventure as director, and to all the cast, crew, host venues, and extra helpers.
