As we move well into 2026, things have been full steam ahead since my last update — so thank you for bearing with the radio silence.
Over the past year I’ve been involved in a wide range of productions and projects, working both in production management and, increasingly, on the consultancy side. It’s become clear there’s a real gap in the market for this support, and I’m more than happy to step in where needed.
There’s significant value in having a “middle‑man” who understands both sides of the production process — from being on the ground in venues and on tour, to working within workshops and supplier environments. This dual perspective allows me to anticipate potential issues before they arise and resolve them quickly. By utilising the consultancy arm of my business, you also reduce the volume of back‑and‑forth emails, as I act as the central communication point between production and suppliers. The result is a smoother process and an end product that arrives correct, on time, and without unnecessary complications.
As a one‑man operation, my costs remain super-competitive and are incorporated into the final supplier quote, meaning no additional invoices to manage. I also hold direct rates with suppliers that are difficult to match.
I personally review prints, builds, and all elements before they go out, and I’m regularly in the workshops to ensure everything is on track. This gives me confidence in the final product and allows me to keep you updated throughout the process.
