Neon Highway Neon Highway was set up in 2002. It is issued 2 times a year and can be subscribed to via the editor, Alice Lenkiewicz.

The magazine's main purpose is to publish more alternative work by artists and poets, particularly the visionary, experimental, pulp and sci fi. From time to time we run poetry events within the city of Liverpool. Venues change according to requirements throughout the year.
