I've just finished this portrait of someone I know, I did start a self portrait, but decided to do this one instead? I'm just getting back into practice, I haven’t done any drawing for about 3 years? I think I could do better, but it's my first go back In the saddle, lol?

Done a little more, this is were it gets harder, I only have limited time to draw of a week day, lol?

From the original photo, I turn into black and white, then I draw a grid over it, and print a copy. I then take my draw...

From the original photo, I turn into black and white, then I draw a grid over it, and print a copy. I then take my drawing paper, and very lightly, draw a grid on it to scale. I'm now ready to start sketching, wish me luck 🙏
