I love stretching! It is absolutelly necessary besides all other exercise. It gives your body the youth, releases tensions and pain... I always incorporate stretching in the classes. Some of them can be done only on the mat, and recently we often lack the time for the mat part, but I will do the best to bring it back, or maybe to make another class with the accent on the stretching 🤔🙄🥰🥰...

I was talking about "Got talent" stories..
One more to remember - during lockdown Lithuanian TV organized "Lithuania got talents from home" and invited our girls to prepare a video for it. Probably because it was good to see some joy, beauty during that tough time... We had a day to prepare a performance, it was exhausting honestly, we were quite angry at the end of the day, nearly ready to shout at each other 😂 As pressure was big... But outcome was very nice and positive 🥰
