1 panic pill and a lap of Colne Valley High School fields again,
This time more successful, mainly drinks bottles and some empty cans of cider. Started training Collie to fetch bottles she mastered it immediately I was well impressed.

Anxiety bad today, didn't help we set of late due to false weather warnings.
Started at Premier Filling Station Linthwaite had a panic attack had to leave quick, will return at later date.
We then took refuge at Broadoak Cricket Club had some dinner then litterpicked their carpark.
We then went on to do broadoak ginnel, croft ginnel and heath road.
