Emergency Cabaret is political. We want you to know in advance that, amongst the glamour and glitter, we will be tackling themes of systemic oppression, including transphobia, q***rphobia and racism. We believe it’s important - and urgent - that we address these themes directly.
We also believe that care is political. We intend this to be a space where we look out for each other and have the opportunity to process together. This event is not just about performance, it’s about community. So, we’ll be around until 1am to chill, chat, and dance it out with you.
