Let's talk Christmas!🎁...
From now, leading up to Christmas is always our busiest period, so this is just a polite reminder in order to avoid any disappointment - please ensure you are ordering your creations in enough time.

Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee a particular cast will be available at the time of ordering. If the cast is out of stock this can mean up to an 8 week wait before it's back available and unfortunately we aren't able to receive updates on exactly how long it will be, whilst the maximum wait time is 8 weeks it could be anywhere up to that time, our jewellery casters work on a first come first serve basis so please keep this is mind.
The cutoff date for any orders guarenteed before Christmas will be Wednesday 2nd December (that being the cast is available at the time of ordering) any orders placed after this date will not be completed in time for Christmas

To avoid disappointment ...

If your creation is for a gift or needed for a specific date, please do not leave ordering until the last minute. On some occasions the jewellery you have chosen may not be available for us to order it's cast right their and then and we have to await for more of those casts to be created which can take anywhere between 1 - 8 weeks.
It is not often this occurs however with our more popular designs this can happen.
We will also not 'reserve' any casts, unless we have recieved payment for your creation we will not order in the cast to make your jewellery as we have had people 'certain' about a particular cast, only to change their mind or gone on to not pay so we will not order any jewellery casts from our supplier until we have received payment in full.
