Shetland’s annual film festival

Due to the current global situation, the planning constraints this has put on Shetland Arts, and in consultations with funders, a decision has been taken to cancel Screenplay 2020.

However, we’re excited to announce Shetland Unlocked, a new community driven festival which will take place four to six weeks after clearance is given for large scale public events. This is open to local film makers with films of at least 40 minutes in length. Find out how to apply at the link below!

Home Made remains an important part of Shetland Unlocked, and we encourage you to keep creating - submissions remain open until Friday 24 July.
