We've hit £1000! This means we are eligible for the Leicester Mayor's match-funding of £1000. However, we only get this if we hit our full total, so we have about £1500 left to go. Space Hive has given us two more weeks to achieve this. Thanks for all of your support. Please continue to spread the word and add what you can. The really good news is that the exhibition will go ahead, and the additional funds raised will pay for more workshops, talks, and a live event. As a thank you for helping us so far, we will be giving all backers a FREE copy of the printed exhibition catalogue. Let's make Leicester "Digital Art City".

And we’re off. The Leicester Computer Art History Crowdfunder is now live.

We’re pleased to announce that every donation will be matched by the Leicester City Mayor, up to £1,000 — so £10 becomes £20, £50 becomes £100, and so on.

If we raise more than we need for this exhibition, any additional funds will support the next project: a Leicester Digital Art Open Exhibition.
