We’re offering up to £150 for just 10 hours of work per week for leaders, term time only, in North Leicester and surrounding areas. We also require Assistants working up to 7.5 hours for £125 per week.

You will need your own car (Not necessary for assistant role) and you'll travel to different schools in the above area, 1 per day, to run and lead or assist an after-school club.

You must be available to work afternoons Monday to Friday in term time. If you're only available to work some of the weekday's that's fine too, just discuss it with us..

You must take any holidays in the school holiday breaks. Any holiday pay accrued is rolled up into the wages stated above.

You’ll be working for both our brands, Clay Creators and Bricks4Kidz. You must be highly motivated, confident, able to self-manage and love working with children to ensure they have the best time when learning and playing with Creator Clay and Lego.

If you feel that you’d be an ideal person for this role, then please apply to let us know all about you. Here’s some key points when working for us…

>> You must have own car as this will be required to travel to our classes with equipment. (Not necessary for assistant role)

>> You must be available every afternoon Monday to Friday, normally 3-5pm - Leaders will do half hour of this work refilling kits at your home.

>> Leaders must be able to store equipment at your home - Normally 3 Kits bags (Large holdall size) and 10 small boxes of Creator Clay to refill your kits with.

>> Leaders must be able to to transport 2 Large wheeled holdalls containing kits, to each after-school club (They are not very heavy).

>> You must at least 18 years old.

>> You must have an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update system or understand that we’ll apply for a new one on your behalf as schools require that as a company we have applied recently in our name. The cost for this (Normally £51), will be taken from your first months wages. You'll be able to use this certificate in other work as it's your personal document.

>> You’ll ideally have experience working with children, however our detailed training will be provided.

>> You must possess good communication skills to engage with the children and the schools.

>> You must be highly reliable.

IF APPLYING FOR A LEADER POSITION YOU WILL REQUIRE A DRIVING LICENCE AND YOUR OWN CAR.

At Clay Creators we’re always looking for motivated, energetic and fun people to work in our classes and clubs to ensure the children have the best time when they learn and play with clay!

Here’s some key points when working for us…

Leaders must have your own car, this will be required to travel to our classes with small amount of supplied equipment. Assistants may be able to travel with Leaders.

Work all or some afternoons at our after-school classes at different schools around North Leicester, normally between 3-5pm.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Have a DBS certificate or understand that we’ll apply for one on your behalf.

Ideally have experience working with children, however our detailed training will be provided.

Possess good communication skills to engage with the children and the schools.

Be highly reliable.

Working with Clay Creators is a creative and rewarding environment helping children gain knowledge, skills and experiences. Here’s some of the benefits of being part of our team…

Work term-time only hours, up to 15 hours per week.

If you’re available, additionally work school holidays and weekends when required for overtime pay.

Competitive hourly pay - For example our club leaders will earn £30 per class for around 2 hours work.

Teaching children how to build models and expand their imaginations, ideal for those who are creative, however you don’t need to ‘arty’ as our clubs are delivered with the help of model plans.
