I’m incredibly proud to finally share that I’ve signed a record deal with SHÈN Recording 🪶🙏🏽

This is a project I’ve poured my heart and soul into over the last few years, and to see it become a reality is a feeling I can’t even put into words.

Back in 2024, I went to watch Franky Wah play an all-night-long set in Liverpool. It was honestly one of the best nights out I’ve ever experienced. Six hours from start to finish, completely immersed in the music. That night was a real turning point for me. I connected with this deeper, more emotive sound in a way I never had before.

For the last 15 years, many of you have known me as Habbo Foxx, creating uplifting, feel-good electronic music. But I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wanted to explore something different. I found myself constantly drawn back into the studio, writing music that felt more personal and emotional.

I knew this music deserved its own identity.

That’s when CHANA was born.

After months of locking myself away, refining my sound and building this new project from the ground up, I finally felt ready to share it with the world. From day one, I had one goal, to send my music to Franky Wah and hopefully become part of the incredible SHÈN family.

Following some amazing A&R feedback, Echoes Of The Unknown was born.

The support this record has received has completely blown me away, from Franky Wah himself to BBC Radio 1 and BBC Introducing Leeds & Sheffield.

And then came the message I’d been dreaming of…

Franky signed the record. 🙏🏽

It’s crazy to think that it all started with one unforgettable night in Liverpool, and now I’ve been invited onto BBC Radio Leeds to share the story behind this new chapter. It still doesn’t quite feel real.

To everyone who’s supported me, believed in me, shared my music, listened, or sent a message along the way, thank you. It genuinely means everything.

This is only the beginning.

Back on the BBC airwaves again! 🎶

A huge thank you to BBC Radio Leeds & Sheffield for continuing to support this new journey. It’s honestly incredible to see this new alias gaining so much attention already, and I’m so grateful for everyone who’s been listening and showing love.

The track featured was ‘Losing Control’. This one means a lot to me and really captures the direction and sound I’m building with this project. I’m hoping it’ll become my second release, following the release of ‘Echoes Of The Unknown’.

There’s so much more to come… 💙
