Colour correction 🤓🤓🤓

Natural regrowth with band of no joy… 🥲 my client didn’t like her previous colour so it was more up to me to try and remove it… and restore her love for her hair…

I started by applying a colour remover mixed with a clay lightener and a low developer…. This helped me control the lift and application tidiness

I then had to get through the whole of the head only lifting the band which was base level of 6 red/copper which was the main problem… she hated it!!!

Once I managed to lift the colour out without lifting it too much I then coloured it on damp hair with a root formula different to the ends

Processed for 30 mins with a plastic cap..

Then it was time to lay over another colour to blend it all through and give the hair fade out a chance to last…

Colour corrections can be very complicated if you let them, I started at 3.20pm and finished by 7.30pm…

Just in time time to get home for the children’s bedtime 🛏️
