Soul Train is a dynamic 7 / 9 piece band performing classic soul hits from the Stax and Motown labels including tracks from Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Wilson Pickett and Sam and Dave. Soul Train was formed by the three remaining members of the popular 90’s combo, Soul Fish. The Band now Features two powerful, male and female vocalist , who together bring an energet

ic, flamboyant performance with outstanding vocals. Soul Trains line up includes drums, bass, guitar, trumpet, tenor and alto saxes. These experienced musicians, some of whom have shared the stage with the great Aretha Franklin, Paul Jones, and worked for the BBC , recreate the sweet soulful sound of the late 60’s early 70s. Soul Train has the line up to deliver an outstanding sound and performance, that continue to impress audiences, transporting them back in time, with their renditions of timeless classics.

It is with an extremely heavy heart that we sadly announce the recent passing of our much loved legendary saxophonist Tim Clarke💔
It has been an honour and a privilege to have had this wonderful man play along side us, not only did he bring class and quality talent to the stage when playing but he was the main man behind all the scoring of the music for the brass section that really drove the band forwards!
We will forever be grateful for his hard work and commitment to us even when he felt unwell and soldiered on giving it his all because music was everything to him❤️
We will miss him dearly but will continue to take him with us on the stage in our thoughts and in our hearts ❤️
