Adam Goward began his DJ career through a small little app on his phone, which he would often in any spare time he had create mixes and find what songs he liked to mix together the most. It wasn't long before he had purchased his first piece of DJ equipment, and was quickly learning the trade in his bedroom. Over the next few months Adam worked on developing his ability using online help and trial
and error, before he sought more professional learning at Crossfader. This company helped Adam from the basics to the advanced skills of DJ'ing, which he was then able to transfer into club scenarios with a large variety of audiences. Adam's first set was nothing short of energetic, playing to over 1000 students at Control, Leeds, before being asked to come back and do it all over again on New Years Eve 2014, playing to another 2000 students. From here Adam continued to work on his own personalised DJ style, gaining sets at venues across the UK, as well as playing some of the most prestigious festivals throughout the summer;
V Festival, Leeds Festival, T in the Park, Wild Life, Mint Festival, Creamfields, Pangaea Festival and Electric Picnic Festival to date. Throughout such an early DJ career Adam has already played alongside some top acts from around the UK too, TCTS, Toyboy & Robin, Just Kiddin', T2, Jax Jones to name a few, as well as holding down multiple residencies in different cities such as Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London. No genre is too much for Adam's DJ style, as he has been able to adapt and use the skills he has gained throughout his career to be able to use edits, acapella mixing, sampling and word association to create a surprising, energetic and engaging set whenever he plays.
