Yorkshire Elf Visits Magical Door Step Visits from Santas Very Own Elves delivering Christmas cheer

Your children will receive a special NICE certificate and many more little treats
delivered by Santas very own Elves * This is a special Elf delivery service-we ensure that your safety is our upmost priority.
*Social distancing and COVID-19 regulations and procedures must be followed at all times, this includes customers and elves.
* Please ensure any pets, such as dogs, are kept safely out the w

ay of the Elves at all times.
* If any members of your household have symptoms or are required to self isolate due to Coronavirus we cannot undertake the visit. We can accommodate a change of date and time with an additional administration fee of £5.00 made payable prior to date change.
* Please ensure driveways or the area in front of your property is clear for elves to perform, please ensure you make us aware of where it is possible for our performers to park
* If you are booking and you live in a block of flats, a performance can be arranged at a designated area around the complex.
* Payment must be made in full when making your booking. Our Elf visits are non-refundable, please see above for date changes.
* Children must stay inside your home or complex and not come into your garden or driveway throughout the visit. Our Elf visits are strictly non contact.
* Weather - our elves are resilient but in the event of extremely harsh weather conditions we reserve the right to offer an alternative date or in worst cases cancel. In this instance, if cancelled, a refund will be issued.
* Please note items included in the gift bag received may include sharper objects such as crayons and pencils, for use of these items children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. We cannot be liable for any injuries that may occur.
* If parking is an issue at your home its very likely the number Elves at your visit will be reduced.
* Social media - we encourage you to post pictures and videos of your experience. If you have any obligations against us reposting any images or footage please let us know prior to the booking so we can let our team of elves know.
