I'll be showcasing some of my new beach art this Saturday at St Faith's Christmas Fair in Lee on Solent, from 11am. It would be lovely if you could come and say hi 🥰 I'll also be talking about Lee on Solent's wonderful run club, RunTLC, and our next Couch to Fitness course in January. We have an amazing coach who can help you achieve any fitness or running goals you've got your eye on, and lots of incredibly supportive runners to share your new journey. And you can book in a date for a reflexology, or hot stones session, as well, if you need to step out of this crazy life, re-balance and re-energise with these healing therapies that boost mental wellbeing.
