🎬 Mothy and the Squid - Bringing a total of 6 show exclusives, all on a theme of "Lichen."

🐑♻️ We're delighted to be supporting the Langholm Gardening Club by donating our dirty wool for use in their community garden, which is being developed by Donna on the old tennis court. 🌱

Dirty wool is far too valuable to throw away! It makes an excellent natural mulch, helping to:
🌿 Retain moisture in the soil, reducing the need for watering.
🌿 Suppress weeds naturally.
🌿 Slowly release nutrients like nitrogen as it breaks down.
🌿 Improve soil structure and encourage healthy plant growth.
🌿 Help protect plant roots by insulating the soil from temperature extremes.
🌿 Make good use of a natural, sustainable product that might otherwise go to waste.

It's fantastic to see our wool being given a second life while supporting a local community project.
A huge thank you to everyone at Langholm Gardening Club for putting our wool to such great use. We wish you every success with the project! 🌼🌻

🐑🧶 Royal Highland Show 2026! 🐑🧶

Our next travels takes us to The Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh on the 18th-21st June - find us in the Home and Gift tent.

We will be showcasing our Tarras Tweed products, fleece to felted items, crafty gift kits and much more. We will also be promoting the Fleece to Fibre tours and experiences with Burnfoot Wool and Hebbs Alpacas and telling people how great Langholm is and that they should come and visit!

🐑🦙🐑🦙 Farm to Fibre Experiences! 🐑🦙🐑🦙

We are excited to announce our Farm to Fibre day experiences in collaboration with Burnfoot Wool and Hebbs Alpacas

Join in with either a sheep or alpaca farm experience and then return to Creation Mill's Textile Centre for lunch and a fibre processing workshop - learning the process of cleaning, carding and spinning the fibres into yarn.
