Squishy sensory balloons = simple, messy and SO much fun!

🎈 Fill the balloons with flour
🫧 Add some soap to water
🧼 Give the balloons a good wash
💦 Rinse them
✨ And have fun!

This summer didn’t look anything like I thought it would. 🤎

Some days were beautiful.
Some were exhausting.
There were tantrums, boredom, endless snacks, messy crafts, gardening mornings, family days out… and plenty of moments where I felt completely burnt out.

My productivity dropped. My routines disappeared. And sometimes I felt guilty that I wasn’t “doing more.”

But then I realised… this was the doing.

Being there.
Making memories.
Watching her play.
Getting muddy in the garden.
Baking together.
Having slow mornings.
Saying yes to little adventures.

One day, I know I’ll look back at these ordinary summer days and realise they were anything but ordinary.

They were her childhood.
And I got to be there for it. 🤎

So goodbye, summer. You were messy, loud, exhausting and beautiful.

And I wouldn’t trade these memories for anything.
