Good morning lovelies hope you have a good day.
I am still carrying on with this at the moment. Had an email today from the mental health people to say hi we haven't forgotten you we will let you know when your therapy is available to begin. This is 18 months since they referred me for intensive cbt. I was on the waiting list for ages before that just to do some online therapy which didnt help. Sooooo for now I will have to carry on and try to help myself 😬🙄🤣
Thank the lord I am patient 🙏
