A wonderful opening night last night at Stamford Arts Centre for our ‘Fifteen’ exhibition for Northants & Rutland Open Studios

Please go and have a look and check out all the fantastic work on display and up for grabs. On until 24th September!

Next up, is the launch party on Friday 4th at 6pm at Lamport Hall for the central exhibition with nearly 300 artists on display…then I head to Louise Crookenden Johnson Ceramics pottery for an open studio day on Saturday 5th 10-4pm…

I can’t wait any longer… it’s REVEAL TIME!

‘Sheba’ has taken me around 100 hours to paint and she really is as big as she looks…

I really wanted to create a showstopper piece for this years Northants & Rutland Open Studios central exhibition at Lamport Hall and I have definitely pushed myself to create this, so I hope you all enjoy her in person and can appreciate the effort that went into this…

This is my biggest piece to date and I can’t wait for everyone to see her and for her to potentially find a home… Come along to the launch on Friday 4th September at 6pm for the first look in person!

It’s the calm before this storm, oh no wait… we had the storm this morning! ⛈️

Today I got everything packed up and ready to go for the start of Northants & Rutland Open Studios events… so i have a few days to breathe before it all kicks off on Tuesday.

This September, you will find me at Stamford Arts Centre with 8 of my originals… but these 2 will take center stage of my wall space and are a must see in person! There will be 15 of us in total displaying our work so this venue is definitely worth a trip between the 2-24th Sept… or join us on the preview night for a first look brown 6-8pm on the 1st…

And I also have another 3 originals heading to Lamport Hall which I absolutely can’t wait for you see!

The countdown is on, only a few days to go!!!

This was a really tough one for me to paint… it’s always sad when a portrait is a memorial one but it cuts even deeper when I loved her too! 😢

This is my sister’s gorgeous girl ‘Beth’ who we lost earlier this year… that look is just so spot on and she’s so missed💔 but it’s a lovely way to be remembered!
