Absolutely LOVED painting this in my new studio 😍 I did a lilac wash first, then acrylic paint flower and stem shapes and finally I used my new white acrylic paint pen for the details. I had no plan, it just evolved, and I'm so pleased with how it turned out 😍

The NHS suggest 5 steps to support and improve emotional wellbeing.

These are: Connection, Activity, Learning, Service, and Mindfulness.

Therapeutic Art can fulfil several of these steps, offering a regular art session together with me where we can explore creating art.

We can connect, through exploring stimulus for painting and drawing. We can craft together, learning or revisiting skills in mark making. We can create for others, sharing our creations with family and friends. And most of all we will be right in the moment, fully immersed in the colours, tones, patterns and emerging pictures in front of us.

Therapeutic Art is so wonderfully good for us 😍
