They tell us from the moment we are born that strength is silence. We are taught that to be a man—to be a brother, a son, a father—means carrying the world on our shoulders without ever letting them see the weight. We grow up believing that “boys don’t cry,” so we learn to bury the tears until we forget where they are hidden.
This cover is a tribute to the version of ourselves we lost to that silence. It’s for the men who navigate life behind a mask of natural strength while weathering storms no one knows about.
Most importantly, this is for those who found the burden too heavy to carry alone and are no longer with us. You are not forgotten. To every man, boy, and father still fighting: your heart is seen, and your silence is heard. May we learn to speak before the silence becomes too loud.

Let this be a reminder: You don’t have to be naturally strong. It’s okay to be human.
