‘Woodland Walk’ - how lovely is this one?

I like to imagine where he might be walking to, or coming from.
When restoring it, I wanted to bring back the colour and detail without losing that sense of quiet. I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out.

It’s one of those paintings that reveals a little more the longer you look…

Our new studio ✨ we’re so excited to be starting this new chapter with UpCo right in the heart of everyone’s favourite town… Otley!

We’re very lucky to be sharing the building with some lovely and talented people: .duckworth (whose work you should absolutely check out!). We’re also chuffed to be under the same roof as all the fantastic arts events hosted by UpCo.

Looking forward to continuing our journey surrounded by such great company in the Otley community 🙏🏻

A little look back at May ✨
From launching new prints and setting up at markets, to meeting lots of cute dogs (and their lovely people) its been a busy and rewarding month.
A huge thank you to the market organisers - Little Bird Markets Farsley Farmers Market Skipton Market R.S.H Artisan Markets Otley Show Real Markets Ilkley Carnival Little Fox Charity Craft Fairs - who worked so hard behind the scenes to create these wonderful events. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to be part of them.
