ART by Gandy Created in watercolours, acrylics, and fine pen. Hello my name is Steve. This passion was rediscovered during recuperation from a serious illness.

Art by Gandy offers original and commissioned artwork including landscapes, architectural pieces (houses and churches), bespoke pet portraits, and personalised cards for birthdays and weddings. Although I have sketched and drawn for many years it is only over the past few years that my appetite for art has really taken off. I started off by doing cards and small drawings. Following this i started

to attend a local art class and my art teacher (Anna Massey) gave me the encouragement and desire to learn new genres of art, including watercolour and fine pen. I now paint regularly and get many requests/commissions for personalized cards i.e. weddings, birthday etc. The cards range from local scenes, buildings and comedy usually done in fine pen and watercolour.

Hello everyone as you can see I am making some changes to my page. I have been doing quite a few painting commissions lately and have decided to now include them on here. I will be posting some examples of my work in the coming days.
The commissions I have done include: pet portraits, landscapes, houses, churches, ballet dancers, cartoon characters and animals to name but a few.
