Art by Melissa Mills I paint watercolours rich in colour & fine detail, often layered with ink, textiles or touches of gold leaf. I am an artist living near Huddersfield.

The result is a collection of playful yet delicate pieces that celebrate the charm, quiet magic & enduring love I hold for the natural world. My creative style is almost certainly the result of a life born and bred in the beautiful Yorkshire and Derbyshire countrysides. I paint in watercolours often incorporating acrylic inks, gold leaf and other mediums into my pieces.
