Heres wishing everyone a Happy New Year and hoping for a happier and healthier 2021!💜 I lost all motivation and mojo this year as the impact of illness, lockdown and increased workloads took its toll. But Im determined to get it back and have a squirrel defrosting as I type!😁...and finished a little project for my stepson this afternoon...a beautiful rabbit skull he scavenged on his hols this summer!!

One pheasant, three projects complete....I've still got a way to go with bird taxidermy and wasn't 100% happy with the way he turned out, but I am happy with these...now back in his rightful home 😊

The one thing people always ask is what are the eyes made of?..depending on the size of the animal it can range from glass beads to acrylic or glass eyes made to match the specific animal or bird closely. The one s in the pic are for a pheasant 👀

This little lady was a roadside find. Unfortunately her fur slipped on the body so I had to improvise....with a godawful, spooky porcelain dolls body 😁...i have a cupboard full of the things, so expect some more mammal/doll hybrids in the near future 😁❤️
