Unfortunately this isn't a good review. We attended carousel today after watching shrek at lbt. The service from the start was appalling no greeting by waitresses no showing us to where we could sit. No menus given to us untill we asked.
2 separate families 2 separate orders the 1st order came then the second order came 30 minutes later even though we ordered at the same time and ordered the same dishes (should have all come together)
The quality of the food was shocking the half cooked chicken was dry and cold (the waitress gave us some free coins/token for the arcades that we appreciated but still not the point)
The chicken burger was soggy
The fish coujons had the smallest amount of fish in them and was over cooked.the coleslaw was covered in vinegar or something along them lines it was supposed to be dijon sauce Over ยฃ70 spent and left hungry will not be returning unfortunately
