A 40th birthday surprise with a very special secret waiting beyond the hotel door… ✨

Rachael wanted to surprise her husband with something personal to mark his 40th - and what better way than decorating their room at Gatwick airport before surprising him with a family trip to Thailand! ✈️

We transformed the room with helium ceiling balloons, illuminated 40 numbers and delicate rose petals scattered across the bed. Giant photo cubes featuring favourite family moments added a personal touch and made the room feel completely theirs.

Because sometimes it's the little details that make a surprise feel truly unforgettable.

And I think the best part must have been walking through that door and seeing it all for the first time. 🤍

Some birthdays deserve a little extra magic. 🌈🦄

For Grace's 5th birthday, her mum had one request: create a celebration that would make her daughter's face light up.

With a new baby at home, there was already so much to think about, so I took care of transforming the space into a colourful world of rainbows, unicorns and birthday magic, ready for Grace and her guests to enjoy.

The best moments are the ones you can't always capture on camera - the gasp when the birthday child sees it for the first time, the excitement as friends arrive, and the relief for parents knowing it's all been taken care of.

Those are the moments I love creating. ✨

🌈 A little rainbow magic for Grace's 5th birthday.

With a brand new baby at home, Grace's mum wanted to take one thing off her plate and make sure her daughter still had that unforgettable birthday moment.

So while she focused on her family, I took care of transforming the space into a colourful world of rainbows, unicorns and plenty of birthday magic.

There's something so special about seeing a child's face when they walk into a room that's been created just for them - and hearing the excited reactions from their friends as they arrive.

As parents, we put so much pressure on ourselves to do it all. Sometimes, having someone take care of the styling means you can simply be present, soak up the smiles, and enjoy the celebration alongside your child.

Happy 5th Birthday, Grace! I hope your day was every bit as magical as you imagined. 🦄💖

🎮 Level 8 unlocked!

Every party starts with a conversation, and when Duke's mum told me all about his favourite gaming worlds, I knew this one was going to be fun.

Rather than choosing just one theme, we brought together the games he loves most into one celebration, complete with a bespoke backdrop, statement balloon installation and a matching tablescape for the ultimate gaming party.

There's something so special about creating a celebration that's completely personal to the birthday child. Seeing their interests brought to life is what it's all about.

Level Up! 🎮

When Duke's mum shared a few of his favourite games, the brief was simple – create a celebration that brought them all together.

From the statement backdrop and balloon installation to the coordinated tablescape, every detail was designed to capture his love of gaming while creating a fun, immersive space for him and his friends to celebrate turning eight.

One of my favourite parts of designing children's parties is taking a child's interests and turning them into something completely bespoke. Just a celebration created especially for them.
