What a beautiful building and an amazing history. 105 years young this year ❤️

The history of your village club:

Built for the community. Kept by the community.

This building was originally established in the early 1920s as the Beacon Hill Village Club.

From the outset, it was created as a shared space for the people of Hindhead and Beacon Hill, non-political, non-sectarian, and rooted in community life. A place to meet, learn, socialise, and belong.

It was never intended to be a private asset, but a space that served the village as a whole. That founding idea is where our story begins.

Thank you to everyone who came along, laughed, cheered, clapped, booed the baddies and supported our panto this year. Your feedback over the last few days has been incredible, and Wednesday, Friday and today’s shows were truly special.
