Before we break for the Christmas holidays I wanted to share the exciting news that we have a brand new Beginners Adult Ballet class starting at CPA in January 2024!

Balletcore Adult Ballet will be led by our wonderful junior and senior ballet teacher Miss Cobbold and will take place on Mondays at 7.00 - 8.00pm.

The first class is free and will take place on Monday 8th January and after this free taster session you are welcome to sign up for the rest of the half term.

Balletcore Adult Ballet at CPA is suitable for all abilities so whether you are new to the dance form or used to take lessons when you were younger, the class is suitable for all!

The benefits of taking part in Ballet classes is never-ending. Along with gaining posture, strengthening your upper body and core, you will also improve your flexibility, balance and coordination. These classes build lean and toned muscle and you will begin to see results after just a few classes!

Just as importantly, the class will offer the opportunity to make friends in a really lovely atmosphere with people of all ages and abilities!
