With Made in Dagenham auditions just around the corner, the cast are still hard at work preparing for our Summer Cabaret. Everyone is giving it their all behind the scenes to bring you a fantastic night of “Heroes and Villains” 🦸 🦹‍♀️

It’s dress rehearsal time! 🎭✨

We are so incredibly proud of this amazing cast and crew who have worked together to create what is shaping up to be a fantastic show.

Our talented Memo Minis and Memo Youth have put so much energy, commitment, and enthusiasm into every rehearsal, and it has been wonderful watching their confidence and performances grow week after week. They truly are amazing. 💛

A massive thank you also goes to our incredible crew and volunteers who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes - building the set, collecting props, and making sure everything is ready for our performances this week. Their hard work and dedication have helped bring the whole production to life!

It’s been a real team effort from everyone involved, and we can’t wait to see it all come together on stage.

ONE WEEK TO GO… ✨

The countdown is officially on - opening night of Matilda Jr. 📖 is just ONE WEEK away and we are so excited to begin show week! 🎭

Our cast and team have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes and we cannot wait to bring this amazing production to the Newbridge Memo Ballroom. Get ready for energy, talent, laughter, and a little bit of magic 💫

But that’s not all…

After their amazing 2 show run of “American Idiot” 🎸 our adults will be returning to the Memo on 22nd August for the SECOND annual Memo Creative Cabaret! 🎤🔥

This year’s theme?
🦸 HEROES & VILLAINS 😈

Expect powerful performances, huge vocals, and a night packed with drama, comedy, and show-stopping entertainment.
Whether you’re rooting for the heroes or secretly siding with the villains… this is one cabaret you won’t want to miss.

Sunday rehearsals are in full swing as we continue bringing Matilda Jr. to life 🎭✨

At Memo Creative, we’re passionate about creating opportunities not just to perform, but to be part of the entire production journey - learning, growing, and stepping into new roles both on and off the stage.

This process is a perfect example of that.
For Brooke 💫 after appearing as Mayzie La Bird in last year’s production of ‘Seussical’; this means making her directorial debut with us on ‘Matilda Jr’.

We can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on 💛
