Q***r Folks' Tales is delighted to be moving its Glasgow autumn shows to the Citizens Theatre on Sept.25th @ 7.45pm. Fresh from our award success at the Edinburgh Fringe, there's yet another fantabulosa line up of q***r artistes bearing their souls with laughter, tears and raunchiness. Joining regular host, producer of BBC drama/comedy Turan Ali , are Glasgow trans poet Gray Crosbie , high octane stand up Eliott Simpson and Glasgow-based Zimbabwean singer-songwriter EYVE

This is so fabulous for Q***r Folks' Tales which was started 5 years ago by Turan Ali, and is recognition for the many dozens of q***r artistes who have so generously shared stories from their lives, to celebrate, document and validate LGBTQ+ experience. Thanks also to the Scottish Storytelling Centre and Creative Scotland who have supported us brilliantly for years. After a moving, raunchy and hugely enjoyable first Fringe Q***r Folks' Tales , it's time for another fantabulosa international line up for our 2nd Fringe show. Joining regular host Turan Ali on 19th August @ 20.30 in the Scottish Storytelling Centre are stand-ups Jack Henry (England) and Jack August McEachern (New York), Edinburgh poet Jade Stein , trans musical comic Alex Franklin and US-Mexican stand-up Jilberto Soto .
