It’s not too long now till we welcome you all to the November 25 VIP Reggae Weekender at The Richardsons Holiday Park, Beach Road , Great Yarmouth NR29 4HR in the lovely village of Hemsby.
Friday 21st November 2025
Check In times :
2pm Platinum & Gold accomodation
4pm Silver, Apartments, Chalets, Bungalows
Please make sure you know your booking reference number when checking in to collect your wristbands, unit keys & weekend itinerary programmes.
Each unit is given one key, additional keys are available with a £5 refundable deposit.
Please do not arrive before your check in time as your accommodation keys will not be available.
Monday 24th November 25
Checkout 10 am all units
Here’s a few little details you will find useful.
There are 3 local supermarkets including CO - OP & NISA all within walking distance
Two restaurants are on site with British & European food to purchase at very reasonable prices.
Local eating places, including Kebabs and Chinese takeaways, pizza's etc are from a 3-minute walk offsite.
Those of you who are travelling by car, are allowed to park for free onsite, but please be careful when driving around the park.
Those that are travelling by Train, the nearest station is Great Yarmouth.
A Taxi rank is outside the station and the fare to the park is £20
We will also be providing free onsite transport which will be available on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights from 8pm, picking up from specified pick up points & dropping off at the Entertainment centre in a similar vein to bus stops & routes.
All accommodations are self catering, with fully equipped kitchens. most of you have done self-catered events in the past, so know what to bring, but here’s a reminder just in case.
Food you wish to cook or reheat.
Tea and Coffee Etc.
Tea Towels and washing up liquid.
Bath and Shower Towels.
Extra Toilet Roll( 1 supplied per unit)
Bedding is supplied, but any further duvet covers you may want.
Irons are available to hire with refundable deposits but there is heavy demand so its advisable to bring your own just in case.
Alcohol is allowed on site for personal use inside your units only.
Loud Amplified music is not allowed outside your accomodation & we reserve the right to confiscate speakers until after the event.
Nobody is allowed to take alcohol into the licensed venue areas.
The venue has two bars which are very reasonably priced, so please use them. Cash or card payment are accepted.
Security holds the right to refuse entry, so please always wear your wristbands at all times !
If you LOSE your wristband, you will be charged £75 to replace it.
