Rebecca Jayne & Jim Cozens have hosted The Songwriters Round with fabulous guests over the past few years. Currently hosted at The Farnham Pottery.

Usually hosted on a Sunday afternoon, 4 songwriters take to the stage to share stories of their songs and the writing process that goes with it. A show that brings everyone closer to the creation of a song. If you're interested in playing, please message this page for more information!

We are very excited to announce our fourth special guest to our 13th July show at The Star Inn - the wonderful Sierra Sikora travelling all the way from Chicago, USA!

Sierra Sikora is a 19-year-old singer, songwriter, and music producer whose style blends pop, singer-songwriter, and indie influences. Her music, characterized by raw honesty and emotional depth, seeks to connect with listeners and provide comfort through heartfelt lyrics and melodies. Sierra writes and produces her own music, ensuring a personal touch in every track.
Sierra’s passion for music has been evident from a young age, as she was encouraged to sing solo performances at church at the tender age of two, and then musical theatre at age nine. As she finished her first year of college this spring, she has quickly cemented herself as a regular performer around the university campus and her hometown, Chicago. She is set to support Esha Tewari on July 25! Whether it be a fun and upbeat full-band set, or an intimate acoustic show, Sierra is sure to captivate audiences with each performance!

On May 19, Sierra released her self-produced debut EP, Confessions, following a soldout EP release party. Her newest single, Hopeless Summer, is set to be released on July 1! She has formed a wholesome community of listeners, affectionately known as the ‘Sierra Squad.’ And we hope you, too, will become part of this Squad.

Emily Faye is a British singer-songwriter blending country warmth with pop hooks. A BIMM London graduate with over 10 years in music, she’s performed on stadium stages and released fan-loved singles. Emily is currently working on her debut album, set to showcase her most personal and powerful songs yet.

Our second act to be announced for our 13th July show at The Star Inn is the mighty talented Craig Gould Music🎵

Our first artist announcement for our next Songwriters Sessions on 13th July at The Star Inn and oh it’s a good one - Rohan Singh Bansal!

Belgian guitarist, sound engineer and flat-cap wearer, Yannick Van Riet has a rich background in the music industry. He earned his degree in music through The Academy Of Contemporary Music in Guildford. He was a founding member and songwriter of the Southern Rock band Backwoods Creek.

He’s also collaborated and performed with some artists in the UK country scene namely: Gary Quinn, Ceri-Rose, Jake Morrell, Rebecca Jayne and Jake O’Neill.

Yannick is an MD for the Buckle & Boots festival house band. Over the last several years he’s had the opportunity to perform with country artists from many corners of the world, like Lewis Brice (USA), Aaron Goodvin (Canada), William Michael Morgan (USA), Taylor Moss (Australia), Austin Jenkes (USA) and Hayley Jensen (Australia) to name a few. He’s since toured across the UK and Europe with various Nashville artists, including Jeremy McComb, Maggie Baugh, Tyler Booth and Julia Cole.

Yannick is influenced by guitar players like Brian May, Billie Joe Armstrong and Brad Paisley and brings this fusion of styles into his own playing.

The wonderfully talented Beth Keeping will be joining us on Sunday 8th June at The Star Inn and we are so excited! Beth hasn’t played live for over a year so we feel especially lucky to have her grace the stage at our Songwriters Session in June!

Beth blends wistful and honest storytelling with colourful pop soundscapes to create her unique brand of “pop stories”. Born in Woking, Surrey, her songs about singleness, self-worth and mental health have connected with thousands of people across the world. Drawing influences from pop and country music, Beth is set to release her new EP ‘coming into the light’ this Autumn. Her new single ‘peace’, which she wrote for her wedding, comes out on 12th June.

Our June show is going to be a good one, especially with our next artist announcement who’s a phenomenal writer and performer - KB Bayley Songs 🎵

KB Bayley is a songwriter and lap steel guitar player whose album ‘Little Thunderstorms’ received widespread airplay and critical acclaim: “atmospheric playing, dusty guitar and compelling songs - an album that will take some beating.” (Americana UK).

His songs and sound reveal his influences: Americana and the Laurel Canyon era; an upbringing on both the North and South coasts of England immersing him in traditional fingerstyle folk; and contemporary troubadours like John Moreland, Kelly Joe Phelps, Jeffrey Foucault and Jason Isbell.
