Are you a Grade 5+ orchestral musician? Applications are now open for the FREE HEROS Orchestra Summer Course!

🌟 Open to young musicians from Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire (up to age 21 in full-time education), plus Yorkshire Young Musicians students.

HEROS Orchestra is the Youth Orchestra for the Humber Region, covering East Riding, Hull, North Lincolnshire & North East Lincolnshire

This is an invitation for Grade V+ level orchestral young musicians from across the region to take part in a FREE 4 day orchestral course and concert!

The next HEROS Orchestra course:
Saturday 18th July - Tuesday 21st July
The Albemarle Music Centre, Hull, HU2 8LN.
CONCERT: Tuesday 21st July 6:30

The HEROS Orchestra was set up to give holiday opportunities for young people to participate in orchestral music projects and activities.
The Orchestra serves the region covered by the Humber Music Hub:East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
The Orchestra is also run in partnership with our regional Centre for Advanced Training: Yorkshire Young Musicians

Dates:
18th, 19th & 20th July 10:00 - 18:00
Tuesday 21st July 10:00 - 17:00 Concert: 18:30

Who can join? Orchestral players in full time education from our region:
Hull, East Riding, North Lincs, North-East Lincs.
This includes players up to the age of 21 at college or university.
Also open to all musicians studying with Yorkshire Young MusiciansGrade V or above

🎶 Great Grimsby 10k runners!! Do we have a treat for you all out on the race route on Sunday!!!! 🎶

We have the Elite Coast Band the Cleethorpes Brass Band, Humber Taiko, and the fabulous Grimsby Steel Pan group out on the route to keep you all moving!!

🕺🏻💃🏻 You won’t be able to stop yourself from having a little wiggle as you run past them!! Be sure to give them all a wave!! 🙌
