Here's the second little snippet from our magical year together at LullaBaby 💙💜

Looking back on these moments has reminded me just how special each and every class has been. So many giggles, cuddles, songs, and milestones shared.

There's been lots of firsts. First tastes, first rolls, first crawls, first steps... and first friendships. All beautiful memories to treasure for a lifetime.

It's truly been a joy to watch your little ones grow and thrive!

How can I tell?! 🥵🌞 Today we are sharing 3 helpful guides to keeping your baby cool in the heat 😎

(3) Signs your baby is too hot

If your baby is too hot they may have:
~ Damp hair
~ Flushed cheeks
~ Sweating
~ Tummy feels hot or clammy to touch
~ Rapid breathing
~ Heat rash

The fan in my room is currently telling it's 29°c - and it's 10pm, when it should be cooler 🫠

How's everyone coping...?

Sharing this post from a few weeks ago as it has a link to the NHS website about information on coping in the heat and advice on keeping little ones well during the sun (just in case it's helpful to anyone?)

And he's asleep!

Anyone else’s little one struggling to sleep in this heat? 🥵

My boy was so restless tonight. We tried everything to help him cool down and I really thought we'd managed it but then he decided it must be morning time with the sun still up 🌞 and - well before you know it, he was wriggling around and really struggling to settle again so bedtime took an extra 2 hours!!!

In the end, what actually helped was a calm story and a gentle tummy massage. 🥰

Hello and a big warm welcome to all our new followers! 💜💙

I've noticed there's been quite a few faces joining us recently and I thought it was about time I introduced myself to you!

I’m Nic — proud mum to my little boy and the owner of LullaBaby Astley, Tyldesley, Swinton & Worsley.

I have a background working in various different roles within childcare and education but decided in 2024 there was something else I wanted to give a go!

I trained in baby massage and began my LullaBaby journey- starting to deliver classes in October 2024.

Since then, I’ve absolutely *loved* every moment!

We have lots of fun at LullaBaby. From Baby massage to yoga, messy play, sensory opportunities and everything in between: each session is carefully planned with your baby's development and enjoyment in mind and I'm loving meeting all the babies, toddlers and their amazing carers each week.

We've built a real community at LullaBaby and I'd love for you to come and experience the magic with us.

We have 3 Steps in LullaBaby:

Our Step One Baby Foundation Course (ages 0 - 6 months) covering Baby Massage and Baby Yoga plus sensory play, tummy time techniques and a beautiful graduation party offers a great opportunity to learn new skills and create special bonding experiences for you and baby. The course also includes a paediatric first aid course- which I've found many parents have found incredibly reassuring.

Step 2 (age 2 months to 13 months) and Step 3 (13 months to 24 months plus) are weekly, themed sessions that are designed specifically with your child's development in mind. We use the EYFS (the curriculum for children under 5 years) to help ensure that all our classes are giving your child the best possible opportunities to support their holistic development when joining us.

We currently have booking open for our SUMMER SPECIAL MINI TERM in Astley throughout August.

And we also have waiting lists ready for priority booking for our September classes so if you are thinking of joining us, please pop me a message over and I'll get back to you and help the best way I can. I'm always happy to help.
