Self esteem workshop
I am thinking about running a self esteem workshop one Saturday possibly September to avoid the holiday season . The workshop will look at what effects our self esteem and developing strengths and self esteem. Please share this with friends who may be interested and contact me for more details. I am still working out a price but looking at 10am to 2 .30pm with a short break for lunch. Looking for a venue where we can have some outside space to enjoy so will have an idea of price soon.
